Nice place to live. Friendly manager who is always ready to address any needs. They have a qualified maintenance guy to repair anything that needs fixing in our apartments. They have a large lawn care company that are there every Friday to keep the entire property looking nice. This is a friendly and safe place to live, I've been here 10 years and looking forward to going to our pot luck lunch this Friday.

Armando came and dealt with the issue and got the refrigerator working again, he then came the following day to recheck the refrigerator to make sure it was working correctly, which it was.

I have been a resident of these apartments for over a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. Erica and Armando have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. Any requests I have made have been addressed promptly and efficiently. I anticipate continuing my residency here for many years to come.
