Armando came and dealt with the issue and got the refrigerator working again, he then came the following day to recheck the refrigerator to make sure it was working correctly, which it was.

I have been a resident of these apartments for over a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. Erica and Armando have consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. Any requests I have made have been addressed promptly and efficiently. I anticipate continuing my residency here for many years to come.

My grandmother lives at Zaninovich Village Senior Apartments, and our family has had a really good experience here. Every time I visit, the place is clean and well taken care of. The maintenance guy is always around helping people and fixing things fast, and the office staff is friendly and respectful. It’s really noticeable that the staff here care about the residents and the property in general. My grandma always tells me how safe she feels here & It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing she’s in a place where people truly care.
