Lovely apartment complex, good management. And the most helpful maintenance man William. He keeps the place in tip top shape and the grounds looking pristine. Although a security fence would make the place feel safer at night.

My father has been living there in those apartments for over 5 years. Not one time has anyone came to check to see if any upgrades need to be done. He hasn't had the carpet cleaned since he's moved in. There has been no paint since he's moved in.

Awesome views, Pet friendly, Winter dustings of snow, On-site Manager, Very clean, Very quiet. Very well lit throughout and in between units, parking and common areas. Very friendly and close community. LGBQT friendly. All races and religions welcome! Call today for vacancies.
