I have lived here since September 19th 2024 since that day I have witness almost 60% of the occupancy leave here because of the slumlords who are running the place. They do not go by the lease agreement that they give you. They raised my rent 4 months early when I had a 1-year lease agreement. And now they want to kick me out because I will not allow them to inspect my apartment because they do not go by their own rules so I will not go by their rules. So now they say they're going to evict me because I will not allow them to inspect my apartment. There is no reason to inspect my apartment but I make waves because they told me that I could use the spa anytime I want but the spa is broken and they refuse to fix it. The maintenance man actually broke the drain valve on it so that it will drain it if you turn the pump on. So what you're thinking of moving in here please do not do so it is a miserable place to live. And like I say they are slumlords they will not fix all they want is more money and not fix anything here. So please beware.
